PROFESSOR (MRS.) IBIRONKE AKINSETE: A professor of Haematology and Blood Transfusion at the University of Lagos, College of Medicine from 1989 until her retirement in July 2003. Her Academic and Professional qualifications include: M.A.CH.B, Aberdeen 1963, M.D. Aberdeen, 1972, F.M.C. (Path), 1978, FWACP 1986 and FAS 2006. She served as Pioneer chairman National Action Committee on AIDS (NACA) as well as Senior Special Assistant to the Executive President of Nigeria, President Olusegun Obansanjo on HIV/AIDS both between the periods of 2000-2003. She was Pioneer President of Society for Women & AIDS in Africa Nigeria Chapter and currently the President, Nigerian Society of Haematology and Blood Transfusion. She currently holds numerous positions on several boards and committees and has continued to give back to the Medical Profession.
DR. PAMELA I. JACKSON-AJAYI – Dr. Pamela Jackson-Ajayi is the Managing Director of PathCare, the foremost Pathology Service Company in Nigeria established in 2005. PathCare is the first medical laboratory in Nigeria to achieve the International Standards Organisation Accreditation – (ISO 15189) from the South African National Accreditation Systems (SANAS), and this ISO accreditation provides an assurance that all its process meets the highest standard achievable world-wide. Dr. Pamela Ajayi has extensive experience in medicine both in Nigeria and the United Kingdom. Prestigious Kings College Hospital and St Thomas’s Hospital London. In addition to this, she has gained considerable experience in management while working in the United Bank For Africa plc (UBA). She has won international awards and has given several international presentations in South Africa, Morocco and USA to name a few.
She had her postgraduate studies Dr. Ajayi has been at the helm of affairs of PathCare since its inception and has led the company through its remarkable success leading to its conferment as West Africa’s World Class Medical Diagnostic Laboratory & DNA Services Consultants of the Year 2010 by West African Corporate Achievement 2010.
DR. RICHARDSON A. AJAYI - Dr Ajayi is an Obstetrics and Gynaecologist with an in depth knowledge in the management of infertility. He qualified with a distinction from the prestigious Kings College Hospital School of medicine and Dentistry, University of London in 1988 and returned to Nigeria to set up The Bridge Clinic in 1996. Aside from being a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (RCOG), Dr Ajayi is a member of several other foreign and local professional bodies including the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE), General Medical Council (GMC), International Association of Private Assisted Reproductive Technology Clinics and Laboratory (A PART), Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine, Society of Gynaecologists and Obstetricians of Nigeria (SOGON), Nigeria Medical Council (NMA), Guild of Medical Directors, Nigerian Fertility Society (NFS), Association of General and Private Medical Practitioners of Nigeria (AGPMPN). He is also Fellow of the West African College of Surgeons (WACS).
MR. BIODUN DABIRI – Mr. Dabiri is a 1977 graduate of the University of Ibadan, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria having trained with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells (now Deloitte Touche) Chartered Accountants. He is a member of the Board of the Central Securities Clearing System (CSCS) which is the central depository of the Nigerian capital market, which he helped establish, a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and a dealing member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
MR. EMENIKE DAVE UDUANU – Dave graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (second class upper division) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 1989 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1994. He became a Partner in the firm of Alliance Consulting (the result of a merger of consulting firms of IBFC Agusto & Co Limited) in 2002 and led a group of Investors to set up a Special Purpose Vehicle that acquired control of an old generation Life Insurance Company - African Alliance Insurance Co Limited in
